Easiest, Gooiest, Chocolate Brownies


You can make these brownies using only 5 ingredients. They're quick, easy and delightfully gooey. The other day I was sent a whole range of sugars from Natura Sugars and I have to say their sugars are pretty damn perfect for baking. For these brownies, use either the Light Muscovado or the Fine Demerara, alternatively you can use castor sugar :)

Easiest, Gooiest, Chocolate Brownies



Ingredients: (makes 12) 
2 cups Castor Sugar/Light Muscovado/Fine Demerara 
4 eggs
1 cup melted Butter 
2/3 cup Cocoa 
3/4 cup Flour 
Pinch Sea Salt flakes 


Method: 
Preheat the oven to 180*C and grease and line a 20cm by 15cm or similarly-sized baking dish.
Put the sugar, eggs and cooled melted butter into a mixing bowl and whisk until the sugar has mostly dissolved.  
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. 
Pour into the baking dish and bake in the centre of the oven for approximately 55 minutes, or until the edges are cooked through, but the centre is still slightly undercooked. 
Allow to cool before turning out and peeling off the baking paper. 
Serve with whipped cream and blueberries.
