Easy Mayonnaise
Ingredients: (you can double and triple depending on how much you want)
1 Free-range egg yolk
1 Tbsp Dijon/wholegrain mustard
Pinch salt and pepper
3/4 cup sunflower oil
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar/lemon juice
